The bill (Reg. No. 2309) suggests expanding stipulated by subclause 2 of clause 4 of section XXI of the Customs Code list of goods that are to be released from import taxation during the import on the customs territory of Ukraine by aircraft subjects that fall within article 2 of the Law “On Development of Aircraft Industry” and are in import customs regime.  

During the meeting of the Committee, it was noted that the draft law aimed at providing proper system of goods’ purchases, works and services for effective usage of accumulated scientific, technical and industrial potential in aircraft field, creation of favorable conditions for effective and profitable work of national enterprises that conduct modernization and repair of planes, helicopters and engines for them, and preserving demand and volumes of products supply in the world market.
